Programs
2 programs
Street Medicine: We had 4 street medicine teams in Central and Southern California providing outreach and medical care to the homeless population. Through this outreach, we were able to connect them to other resources, including recuperative care, housing support, enhanced care management, case management and behavioral health.
Pomona clinic - in march of 2024, we secured a lease for the clinic and resources were devoted to getting the clinic furnished and operational for urgent care licensing. There was a delay in receiving licensing till july 2024, but the clinic was open from march-may 2024, providing free medical care. Having the office space at the pomona clinic allowed us to expand our operations to los angeles county.
