MENTORING AND ASSOCIATED MINISTRY TO STUDENTS: Mentoring more than 50 international students to be redemptive change agents in their home societies and associated ministry services to the broader student population. Provided ministry services to more than 50 other international and American students, former students, academics, and others. The major accomplishment and event this year was the start of the Global Flourishing Project.

Global (Africa) Flourishing Project: Wilberforce International Institute exists "To equip internationals to bring Christ-centered transformation to their societies." To this end we employ a long-term strategy of education and mentoring of internationals as they study in both the USA and abroad. We continue this mentoring process as they develop into Wilberforce Fellows who have developed and implemented their own redemptive projects in their home societies. All Wilberforce Fellows are expected to share and reproduce their redemptive work with other likeminded people in their home communities. In 2024 Wilberforce pioneered a new project, the Global Flourishing Project (GFP). The aim of this project is to work with our existing internationals to build schools teaching basic entrepreneurship that focus on anti-corruption and bringing about redemptive change in local communities. We began the GFP with a pilot project in Zomba, Malawi in June and August 2024. We partnered with the MINTS Seminary in Zomba and their students. We successfully taught basic college level courses in Entrepreneurship and Marketing to nearly 40 students. We also worked to provide MINTS with StarLink internet and basic PowerPoint project capabilities which we achieved through a gift from a generous donor. We plan to offer five courses in 2025.

MINISTRY COLLABORATION Partnered with ministry partners, national/international organizations, churches, and international student leaders in Campus Prayer Meetings, collaborative projects, and program enhancements. Included in this was travel to international ministry conferences to enhance the visibility of Wilberforce International Institute and the work that we are doing. The staff also participated in board leadership of various organizations. Wilberforce President, Dr. Kevin Cooney served a delegate to the 4th Lausanne Congress representing Wilberforce.

TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION Continuous and ongoing development of training curriculum for college students and the broader community. This included our signature Comparative Worldviews and Anti-Corruption courses with 21 students enrolled, representing five different nations. We further developed the Anti-Corruption course into a credited graduate level online course for The New International University, in which students from around the world were enrolled in 2024. Besides courses, Wilberforce faculty gave over 50 lectures and talks during the year.

WRITING AND RESEARCH: With a gift from a generous donor, we began a research project on Biblical leadership. The field research phase of this project was mostly completed in 2024 with writing to begin in 2025. We hope to have the final book ready for publication in 2026.
