Wiles Fam Charitable Tr

The purposes of the wiles family charitable trust are to provide a continuing financial benefit to the first presbyterian church, currently located at 29 west 6th avenue, williamson, west virginia 25661, the first presbyterian church, currently located at 201 kanawha terrace, st. Albans west virginia 25177, and the eastminster presbyterian church, currently located at 106 north riverside drive, indialantic, florida 32903,(such forenamed churches being herinafter collectively referred to as the "charitable beneficiaries"), by distributing such amount of the income of the wiles family charitable trust as is reasonably necessary or appropriate to enable individuals who have not attained the age of eighteen (18) years (hereinafter referred to collectively as "youths- and individually as the "youth") to attend church functions and to receive religious training or education sponsored by at least one of the charitable beneficiaries, to thereby enable such youths to better their lives spiritua
