To provide jobs and training to individuals who, due to physical or mental handicaps, have been unable to obtain a regular position in the workforce of the community. Basic skills such as mathematics and personal grooming are taught by the workshop in order to prepare individuals for jobs outside of the workshop and to create a greater knowledge of the community.
