The willamette valley wine foundation will enhance the wellbeing of winegrowing communities in the willamette valley through the collaborative support of affordable housing communities enriched with early childhood education and care, health services, and personal development opportunities.

Stratus village affordable apartment community: the housing authority of yamhill county began construction of stratus village, a 175 affordable apartment community, in mcminnville. Facilitated access to $6.2 million of agricultural workforce housing tax credits and affordable apartments set aside for sixteen agricultural workers.
Public relations and communications: the foundation completed a public relations and communications initiative that defined the foundation's branding strategy, developed an overall communication and public relations strategy, and expanded the foundation's website functionality.
