To protect and safeguard the lives and property of all those persons in the vicinity of willards, md and the surrounding community from the damages and ravages of fires, provide emergency medical services and ambulance services, to promote fund raising activities to accomplish these goals and to promote social intercourse among those persons who shall from time to time devote their efforts to the attainment of such purpose.
