The williams dumas building restoration foundation non-profit organization is primarily about restoring this historic dumas drug store, soda fountain building and continuing the legacy of being a significant presence and aid to the city of natchez, its citizens and those in the surrounding communities. A goal is to be here for the less fortunate as were the dumas who built this building; and continue the legacy of the williams family who purchased this building years ago with the desire to restore it and serve the community out of it. The plan is to stabilize and restore the building in sections and phases, iteratively and incrementally.
