Williams Grand Lodge Inc

Williams Grand Lodge is a non-profit organization.The operating income comes from the subordinate lodges and chapters who pay quarterly dues. The Lodge has 501C and tax-exempted status. Williams Grand lodge has two meeting annually. Officers and members of the subordinate lodges and chapters attend workshops at these meetings. Bi-annually the members elect new officers. The positions of Grand Worshipful Masters Grand Secretary Grand Mortuary Secretary and Grand Treasurer are given a quarterly stipend; however these stipends are only paid after expenses have been paid. Each subordinate lodges and chapters is required to complete their individual 990 e-postcard indicating that the amount of money in their account is less than $25,000. In addition financial report is submitted to the Grand Secretary who completes the 990 E-postcard.
