Mission
To foster amateur youth in the development of folkstyle freestyle greco roman styles of wrestling to develope good sportsmanship positive attitude solid work ethic and improved physical fitness.

Ran a series of three wrestling tournaments in 2023. Each tournament had great success. While working with the mendocino county sheriffs activity leaue our sal novice trounament 2023, we were pleased to be a part of enhancing the relationship with the youth members and the sheriff staff participants. These relationships being fostered in the gym in the form of wrestling are continuing outside the gym and achieving our goal of teaching and promoting good sportsmanship, positive attitudes, solid work ethics and improved physical fitness.
