Wilmington youth and young adults age 13-24 in targeted communities are able to access and maintain a foundation for social well-being and social determinants of health. To develop partnerships to improve practices and policies that have sustainable impact on reducing gun violence and promoting opportunities for positive development among youth and helping communities to become more resilient.
