Wilmington Learning Collaborative Inc

The wilmington learning collaborative (wlc) program is a voluntary network of schools in wilmington across multiple school districts (brandywine, christina & red clay). The wlc's goal is to improve outcomes for students by empowering educators, school leaders, and communities. The wlc seeks to create a framework for community engagement to improve student achievement and wellness, improve educator retention rated, and reduce the impact of student mobility and trauma.
