Mission
The mission of the Winchester School of Chinese Culture is to teach the language and traditional culture of China through classroom instructions , the arts, and cultural events and to promote and engage in cultural exchanges and civic activities to develop and sustain community-school partnerships.

After-School Programs and Chinese Tutoring: The Company operates after-school programs in three separate districts: Belmont, Newton, and the newly opened Arlington site. Each program provides supervision, care, and enrichment activities for school-aged children after the regular school day. Tutoring services are offered in Mathematics, English, and Chinese, and regular childcare includes Chinese language instruction as part of the curriculum. The programs follow the respective public school district calendars (Belmont, Newton, or Arlington) and are closed on all district holidays, vacations, and announced snow days. In 2024, the after-school programs served 54 students at the Belmont facility, 40 students at the Newton facility, and 17 students at the new Arlington facility.
