Conference: in 2024, wi-aimh hosted a virtual spring infant mental health summit featuring dr. Dan siegel and wisconsin infant and early childhood mental health conference that featured keynote by dr. Tina payne bryson. Overall, 258 professionals attended the virtual spring summit and 387 professionals attended the fall conference at the osthoff resort, representing the fields of birth to 3, early care and education, child welfare, head start/early head start, home visiting, and mental health. Wi-aimh continued to offer the reflective supervision learning collaborative. During 2024, cohort #6 graduated 20 participants and cohort #7 was launched with 16 supervisors from the child and family serving fields. In addition, in 2024, wi-aimh launched virtual reflective supervision groups. Wi-aimh is the only agency in wisconsin to hold an internationally recognized license (i/ecmh endorsement) to credential professionals to ensure they maintain high standards of practice. By the end of 2024, 175 professionals held infant and early childhood mental health endorsement in the state of wisconsin
