Mission
The mission of the plumbing-heating-cooling contractors, inc. Is to promote the professionalism and integrity of the plumbing-heating-cooling industry in wisconsin through education, training, and legislativee action for the health, safety, and well-being of our members and the public. Our history is rich, with more than 125 years of service to plumbing-heating-cooling contractors in our state.
Programs

The association has three major publications: a periodic newsletter, wisconsin uniform plumbing code books, and the wisconsin p-h-c contractor magazine. The code books provide plumbers with the information they need to perform installations to code. About 300 code books are produced/distributed each year. The magazine is published quarterly and provides important updates about the industry and the association's activities. About 8,000 magazines are produced/distributed for each issue.
The association maintains an active role in working with regulators, legislators, and other associations with a shared interest in the plumbing, heating, cooling industry.
