To unite members of the three union locals employed in the law enforcement (le) bargaining unit of state employees; to collectively work towards fair wages, hours of work, working conditions, and other benefits afforded to state employees; to provide representation during contract negotiations and enforcement of said contract through grievance procedures and arbitrations; to foster and promote a cooperative relationship with other union locals in the wisconsin law enforcement association, inc. (wlea).
