Wisconsin Onsite Water Recycling Association Inc

The wisconsin onsite water recycling association is a statewide organization of septic system installers, soil testers, designers, manufacturers, and related governmental and educational personnel. Wowra was formed in 1974 by a group of installers interested in improving the trade and having a voice in legislation affecting their business. In february 2008, the name was changed from wisconsin onsite wastewater recycling association to its current name - wisconsin onsite water recycling association - to reflect our work not only with septic systems but also stormwater management.
