To promote and advance the general health and welfare of persons in the community through providing clinical sleep disorder services to patients not requiring hospitalization, carry on educational activities related to rendering health care services to patients, and participate in other activities that are designed and carried on to promote and advance the general health and welfare of persons in the community.
