With Honor Institute

The charity plans to provide grants to section 501(c) organizations that advance principled veteran leadership and values in public service. Although specific grantees are not yet identified, the charity anticipates that most, if not all, will be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the code. To ensure proper use of funds, the charity will conduct pre-grant inquiries, establish grant agreements prohibiting political campaign intervention, require reporting on fund usage, conduct oversight, and retain records to maintain accountability and transparency.

The charity aims to produce and disseminate educational materials focused on the principles of good governance, utilizing its own direct activities such as media engagements and public presentations to enhance public understanding, while specifically targeting veterans and veteran service organizations for tailored outreach to highlight their leadership contributions.
