Within Reach

Help me grow: help me grow ("hmg") is a nationally recognized, evidence-based model, for connecting families with young children to the appropriate services and supports they need to thrive. Developed in connecticut, the hmg model has been replicated in over 30 states across the country. In washington, withinreach is the statewide affiliate for hmg, working with partners across the state to develop hmg systems in their local communities. This includes providing technical assistance to better understand the model and leveraging existing resources to build it out including an understanding of resources in their communities, how to coordinate and centralize resource delivery amongst provider agencies, and to assess their data and evaluation needs.

Immunization: withinreach works with public and private partners to facilitate statewide immunization activities and promote policies that improve immunization coverage for children, adolescents, and adults.

Equity: as part of help me grow in washington, withinreach remains committed to centering equity, with a dedicated work group focused on crafting an equity statement and plan, involving diverse communities,including the 29 federally recognized tribes in the state.
