Programs

2 programs

Wolf park presents seminars on a variety of topics including wolf and dog behavior, wildlife photography, and animal training. In 2022, we hosted youth summer camps and nature art programs. We also continued to provide daily educational programs such as tours, keeper talks, and handling demonstrations with our animals. Over 20,000 people attended our onsite programs, with thousands more visiting us virtually for webinars and zoom visits.

Wolf park maintains a very active research and education program under the leadership of dr. Clive wynne with the assistance of dr. Gordon burghardt. Several studies with the wolves have been completed and the results published in scientific journals. As a result of these studies, several animal researchers from other universities have come to the park to study the animals. Wolf park also offers 1-3 month internships for individuals over the age of 18. In 2022, 15 interns studied at wolf park and worked alongside the staff with the daily operations, as well as assisted with research projects.
