FEBA in Kinshasa focuses on empowering destitute young girls and women through literacy and vocational training. Originally centered on sewing the program expanded into computer science in 2023 and recently introduced cosmetology in 2024. Additionally FEBA supports impoverished primary and secondary students by providing uniforms and covering state exam fees to ensure their educational advancement. Graduations from the new computer science and cosmetology programs are anticipated this upcoming summer marking significant milestones in the organizations efforts to uplift the community. CENEDI in Kivu runs a free primary school for destitute children mostly orphans in Goma. In the grants are included the salaries of the teachers and administrators of both programs.

FEBA in Kinshasa empowers impoverished women through marketing and commercial education offering a means of micro-savings and access to and mentoring for microloans. Graduates of FEBAs sewing school receive sewing machines to foster economic independence. The organization generates income by producing clothing and importing specialty items for sale in its market shop supporting its educational initiatives. FEBA also exports some of its products to its partner in the US for sale to support the sewing school. Additionally FEBA operates a large farm to produce food and income. In 2023 this farm was destroyed by political violence but in 2024 the rebuilding has begun and the first harvest in Jan. 2025 was very welcome. CENEDI in Kivu hopes to start a sewing school.

Administration. Both FEBA and CENEDI have some administrative expenses such as paying for water and electricity and government fees in Kinshasa or transport in Kivu between various centers.
