The woman's club's community life committee elevates the community's quality of life through impactful service projects focusing on youth, child welfare, health, women's issues, and community affairs. We organized fundraising events benefiting the crisis food pantry and hosted the clubs annual holiday party for seniors, fostering camaraderie and providing gifts and musical entertainment. Our commitment to service and collaboration reflects our dedication to a better quality of life for all in our community.

The plastics free initiative (pfi), founded by the woman's club of coconut grove unites various stakeholders to combat plastic pollution. Through clean-up events,educational presentations, and a dedicated blog (plasticsfreeinitiative.org), pfi advocates for a plastic-free environment. It serves as a statewide model for other clubs and showcases our commitment to sustainability.

The woman's club of coconut grove granted its annual 2,500 taylor-riley hall educational scholarship to an accomplished miami dade highschool student dedicated to advancing their studies in education. This scholarship, designed to recognize outstanding academic achievements, serves as a testament to our committment to shaping the future of the community by fostering the development of promising individuals in the field of education. The club's environmental committee collaborates with the coconut grove sailing club to co-sponsor two community-wide bay cleanup and participates in an annual international coastal cleanup day- all resulting in the collection of thousands of pounds of trash. Our committment extends to actively contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment. Furthermore, the club partners with the city of miami to co-sponsor two electronic recycling days each year, further promoting responsible and sustainable practices within our community. The arts & culture committee continues its tradition of cultural experiences with workshops covering drawing, painting, sculpture along with performances in dance, music, poetry, and theater. Field trips expand cultural horizons. In 2022, events included a musical celebration, women artists book club, ukulele music group, and a frost museum of art field trip. A country line dance party drew 100+ participants. Sing in the season combined entertainment for charity.
