Women Corporate Directors Education And Development Foundation Inc

Local meetings are held throughout the year to provide access to programming at a local member level regarding corporate governance. With 70 chapters worldwide, chapter events and meetings are held locally to connect with peers and learn from experts in areas critical to successful board governance.

There was no global institute in this fiscal year. However, there was a european regional event that served wcd members across europe with programming and networking opportunities to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness.

The global institute is a conference for women board memebers who serve on large public company boards. This event provides programming and networking opportunities for those board members to enhance knowledge and effectiveness of the boards on which they serve. This conference was not held during fy24.
