Convenings for Change - The Women Deliver 2026 Conference (WD2026): Looking ahead, Women Deliver is preparing to host the Women Deliver 2026 Conference (WD2026) in Narrm (Melbourne), Australia from 27-30 April 2026. WD2026 will build on the successes and lessons of WD2023 and reflect our deepened commitment to equity, accessibility, and feminist co-leadership. WD2026 will be our most intersectional and accessible convening yet - designed to bring together diverse actors across movements, sectors, and regions to co-create solutions that drive gender equality forward. The Conference will prioritize meaningful engagement with historically marginalized communities, including youth, First Nations peoples, LGBTQIA+ advocates, and people with disabilities, ensuring that their lived experiences and leadership are at the center of dialogue and decision-making. In line with our mission to elevate feminist leadership and shift power to those closest to the issues, WD2026 will be developed in co-creation with regional and global partners through a participatory process grounded in shared values and local realities. We are investing in hybrid programming, multilingual access, comprehensive safeguarding measures, and regional consultations to ensure that WD2026 drives long-term impact. The Conference will serve as a global platform to accelerate progress on SRHR, climate justice, feminist financing, and other critical priorities, and will create space for advocates to connect, mobilize, and influence policies and investments that shape the future of gender equality. Through WD2026, Women Deliver is reaffirming its role as a convener, connector, and catalyst for collective action.

Youth Engagement - Meaningful Youth Engagement and Youth Leaders Progam: Gender advocacy and collective action must center adolescent girls and youth, especially those with marginalized identities, as designers, experts, and leaders, alongside traditional decision-makers and powerholders, in all gender equality advocacy spaces. The Emerging Leaders for Change Program builds on more than a decade of impact through the Women Deliver Young Leaders Program, focusing on youth-led advocacy in East Africa. This new initiative supports young advocates aged 15-29 in Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda who are driving change across issues like SRHR, climate justice, education, and economic empowerment. The program connects them with training, mentorship, and regional peer-to-peer learning opportunities while equipping them to influence policy, mobilize communities, and shape feminist agendas locally and globally. Through this cohort-based model, Women Deliver is investing in the next generation of changemakers who are reimagining and reshaping the future of gender equality in their regions.
