Women In Aviation International

Magazine- published for members and provides information about women involved in various aviation/aerospace careers, information about the organization, and education projects the organization provides. Aviation for girls is a magazine geared for girls aged 8-16 to introduce them to aviation concepts and aviation careers. The intent is for this to be an annual publication each september.

Membership- recruits new members to increase the membership support base.

Trade shows, merchandise, and miscellaneous - promote the organization and recruit new members.scholarship award program - this program provides scholarships to help wai members seeking financial aid for training and education in aviation and aerospace.girls in aviation day - provide outreach activites and career awareness and mentoring for younger people.professional development - the organization provides leadership training working in partnership with harvard university to provide women with the leadership skills necessary to reach executive positions in aviation and aerospace.other events, merchandise, and miscellaneous - promote the organization and recruit new members.
