The wict network develops women leaders who transform our industry.

Membershipour membership resources, educational programs, and original research support the professional growth of our community and strengthen our leadership in the industry. Members gain access to top-tier development and networking opportunities; on-demand educational content through the wict network's online learning library, including webinars and conference sessions; and connection tools such as the wict network member app, which enables members to network and collaborate across the globe.

The wict network's local chapters offer vital connections throughout the u.s., europe, the u.k., and latin america. Chapters also offer meaningful leadership opportunities through committees and chapter board service. The organization also publishes regular industry news and insights.
