Regional conferences - wim produces regional conferences throughout the country to offer local access to training, education and networking. In 2024 wim delivered one regional conference, wim which took place in seattle, wa. 194 people participated in this conference geared toward manufacturing professionals based in the region.

Corporate member leadership conferences - wim holds two annual conferences, summer leadership conference and winter leadership conference, offered exclusively to wim's corporate member companies and members of the national board of directors. In 2024, wim's winter leadership conference took place in clearwater beach, fl and welcomed 235 attendees. Additionally, the summer leadership conference was held virtually and hosted 281 participants who enjoyed networking, benchmarking, and idea sharing on key industry and association topics.

Moms in mfg - in 2024, wim held the fourth annual moms in mfg virtual conference which offers content related to challenges that working parents and caregivers are facing now more than ever. Speakers addressed issues as well as potential solutions that support working parents and caregivers. More than 491 participants enjoyed networking with others in meaningful ways throughout the event as well.hall of fame - wim hall of fame induction ceremony & gala was held during summit 2024 in boston, ma. The event honored ten inductees who have made outstanding contributions to women in the manufacturing industry during the course of their established careers. More than 197 guests attended the event.
