With $300k support from Anheuser Busch, Accelerate Her is a contingency program for women racers over 21 years of age and licensed to race in any NASCAR sanctioned race. WIMNA created the points system to award points based on qualifying and finishing positions that takes into consideration the length of the race, how many competitors participated in the race, and the category of the racing series. WIMNA maintains the points throughout the year, promotes the standings on the WIMNA website and social media, and distributes the awarded funds to the top three finishing drivers at the Women with Drive Summit. This is the first such contingency program in existence for women NASCAR racers. We hope to grow and expand this type of program in the future to other series.

WIMNA partners with BOSCH motorsports for the WIMNA/BOSCH "Electrify your Career in Motorsports" on multi-day programs held at racetracks targeted to young women of college age who are studying engineering and interested in exploring and learning about a wide range of career opportunities in motorsports. This is an advanced educational experience. Additionally, WIMNA works with other groups and race tracks to create programs for young women and other females interested and learning more about career opportunities in motorsports. Revenue and expenses are inclusive of the "electrify your career and these other events at racetracks throughout the year.
