Economic Development Programs: Capacity Building - Provided hundreds of hours of practical, hands-on training, personalized technical assistance, basic computer training, and health care training to women in Ghana in order to strengthen their capacity to 1) manage their growing enterprises, 2) manage their growing personal income and shift from having debt to saving for their futures, 3) improve the quality and design of their hand-crafted products, and 4) improve their quality of living through health care and gender equity related programs.
