Community services - provides support to families and youth that have experienced violence. Services for at-risk families include parent coaching, parenting classes, advocacy, general financial support, connection to needed services and family and individual counseling. Counseling services are provided in the school setting as well as at the community services building. Community services operates elinore's place, a child advocacy center that provides comprehensive services for children that have experienced sexual or physical abuse in southern southeastern alaska. Services include a multidisciplinary team, forensic interviews, counseling, advocacy and support through the legal process.

Housing stabilization provides rental assistance and support for homeless individuals, individuals fleeing domestic violence or victims of a vawa crime. Rental assistance may include up to 1 year of rental payments, move-in assistance including deposits and fees, and general support (food, work clothes, auto repairs, furniture) needed for individuals to successfully move on from homelessness.
