The organizations purpose is to empower and provide health education to indigent patients in vulnerable populations. To create environments of health education and services that will help improve the quality of health care provided to people of underserved communities.

Women of h.o.p.e hosted hair peace & hope 5k run/walk to bring awareness and support to those who live with connective diseases and autoimmune diseases that result in devastating hair loss. Funds raised are used to provide wigs and other needed services. There were 30 volunteers and 199 participants.
