Women Of Strength

Women of Strength Nevada is a food pantry distribution center that supports 80,000 food insecure individuals and families annually with food and other essentials in Las Vegas Nevada Clark County.

Transitional housing program for homeless pregnant women and children from the age of 14 through 24 years that provides supportive services for them to achieve self-sufficiency and independence for up to 24 months. Residents receive supportive services of housing food clothing donated clothing mental health counseling by a licensed clinical supervisor referrals to receive healthcare in-house workshops of financial management and budgeting readiness for the workplace nutrition parenting and birthing and assistance in procuring permanent housing employment and education 90 day follow-up aftercare after exiting from the program.

Food pantry distribution center that supports food insecure individuals and families in Las Vegas Nevada with food and other essentials. Provides services for 80,000 food insecure individuals and families in Southern Nevada annually. 3000 volunteer hours were provided by the community and Sams Club more than 100,000 pounds of food was given away to those in need in the Las Vegas Nevada community.
