Women Of Tomorrow Mentor And Scholarship Program Inc

Women of tomorrow is about women helping women and in an initial study showed a statistically significant improvement in the self-esteem of the young girls participating. Research show that women of tomorrow mentees have increased self-esteem, a 92% high school graduation rate, and increased academic performance (gpa) each year they are in the program, to a statistically significant degree. Mentees have a 95% graduate rate. Women of tomorrow currently mentors 2,542 at-risk young women in 116 public high schools with 42 cities in broward, miami-dade and palm beach county with its network of approximately 350 mentors. Women of tomorrow has awarded over 3.7 million in scholarships to 1,413 mentees. 2,542 individuals were served.
