To provide safety and empowerment to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and to work to eliminate sexual victimization and domestic violence through shelter, treatment, education and social change.

Domestic violence outreach services. In the organization's fiscal year 2023-2024, 98 clients were provided with 839 instances of individual counseling.
To meet the immediate needs of individuals who have experienced sexual assault and abuse, r.i.s.e. Has developed a comprehensive sexual assault services program. These intervention services are handled by both staff and volunteers specifically trained in the dynamics of sexual abuse and may include; individual counseling and support services, legal and medical advocacy, support groups, and community education and referrals. 167 clients received a total of 944 instances of individual advocacy.
