Mission

The Womens Cancer Resource Center improves equitable access to cancer information, support and care. We help people with cancer navigate through the often overwhelming health care system so that they can get the appropriate care and treatment they need.

Programs

1 program

In addition to the community-based cancer patient navigation, psychotherapy and affinity-based support groups (LBTQIA, African American, and Latinx), peer support, information and referral, and wellness programs offered at WCRC, we also offer emergency financial assistance to low-income people living in Alameda and Contra Costa counties through two programs: The Faith Fancher Breast Cancer Emergency Fund and The Lindy Fund.
