Adolescent health - the women's fund of omaha strives to create sustainable community-wide change through a research-based, comprehensive approach that will increase sexual health knowledge and health of youth and decrease the number of youths engaging in risky sexual behavior. It also focuses on systemic change within partner health clinics and community organizations, works to increase youth outreach and provides free sti testing and treatment, condom access and sexual health products in vending machines.

Advocacy - the women's fund of omaha leads several efforts to encourage community advocacy and effective public policy solutions that can improve the lives of all women and girls. These include: circles - a diverse network of women of all identities who support the mission while creating a space where women can build authentic relationships with one another.

Leadership - the women's fund of omaha creates a network of leaders who support the organizational mission, develop a deeper engagement with issues impacting our community while working collaboratively on solutions. Participants spend up to three years in their cohort class.research - the women's fund of omaha identifies critical issues facing women and girls through research.
