ElevateHer Challenge: Choosing to accept the ElevateHER Challenge means an organization pledges to elevate the stature of women's leadership. Each organization may adapt its own policies within its unique structure to meet the commitments. 1) Increase the percentage of women in senior leadership positions. 2) Increase the retention rate of women at all levels of your organization. 3) Increase the number of women on your organization's Board of Directors and encourage women to serve on community and corporate boards. 4) Monitor pay by gender and close identified gaps. 5) Establish or enhance a leadership development, mentoring and/or sponsorship programs for women. 6) Urge women to run for public office and give follow-up support.
Political Development Series: Is an interactive and instructive training that will teach you the 'how 'why' of running for public office. You will join a cohort of women and, over the course of six months, hear from a variety of experts and participate in various workshops-all designed to prepare you to run for a local or state-wide office.
The Urgency of Women Leaders: An educational conference held in Southern Utah which helps people understand the value and vitality of gender diversity and how it contributes to the economic success of Utah by developing women professionally and building the leadership pipeline. We elevate the stature and talents of women by supporting entities ready to transform company cultures. We inspire, educate and enable organizations to take full advantage of the innate talents of women.
Rising Leader Series: Intimate, dynamic gathering of women looking to lean into their next step in leadership. Designed to be hands on, these monthly cohorts focus on building and practicing leadership skills.
