The mission of women's rural advocacy programs, inc. (wrap) is to provide safety; advocacy, and assistance for those victimized by domestic and sexual violence and sex trafficking/exploitation in southwest minnesota; as well as community awareness through prevention and education. Wrap promotes social change through equality, honesty, and an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.

Crime victim services program - wrap is funded to provide services to victims of domestic violence in lincoln, lyon, redwood, and yellow medicine counties as well as victims of sexual assault in yellow medicine county. We assist individuals with these victimizations in our service area. Our role is to advocate and support those we work with while assisting them with needs related to their victimization.

Expenses: $469K

Youth program/prevention programming/trafficking and exploitation services - wrap is funded to provide services to victims of human trafficking/exploitation. This also includes wrap's prevention work with local youth and high-risk youth, as well as working with local school systems. Wrap assists individuals with these victimizations in our service area. Our role is to advocate and support those we work with while assiting them with needs related to their victimization.
