The organization is organized to operate exclusively for the benefit of the women's welsh clubs of america and to further its charitable purposes by soliciting and receiving gifts, grants, devise or bequest, by acquiring and managing real and personal property, by making contributions, grants, gifts and transfers of property for the benefit of the women's welsh clubs of america and its affiliates, and by investing and reinvesting property to pay the net income derived therefrom to or for the benefit of the women's welsh clubs of america.
