Public programming: our public programming also reflects our values in service of helping women grow and thrive, covers a spectrum of topics: career development, health advocacy, public service, financial literacy, public speaking, personal and professional empowerment. Additionally our action philanthropy is geared towards engaging our alumna network of over 500 women in volunteer days and we foster continued community building through community tables during the summer and fall. Feedback from workshops noted that 41% of participants received help better understanding their values and 41% noted they learned how to work with their inner critic, with an overall rating from respondents of 4.75 out of 5.

Womentum leadership summit: attended by almost 200 people, this 2-day gathering hosts a roster of diverse women speakers, both local thought-leaders and nationally recognized figures, who facilitate interactive sessions to guide attendees to introspection, cultivate skills, spark impactful dialogues, and inspire. Of evaluations received, 67% report that they found the event transformative or inspiring and 20% of the respondents appreciated the interactive environment.
