The wood river community housing trust inc. (wrcht) is an idaho nonprofit corporation formed specifically to resolve the lack of housing in the wood river valley of blaine county, idaho. Its mission is acquire or develop affordable rental housing for the middle-income workforce. The wrcht develops, acquires, owns and manages multi-family rental units throughout the wood river valley. Units will be rented to qualified local residents who are actively working and living in the wood river valley. The targeted income level is 80-240% of ami.
