Woodland Community Development Corporation (WCDC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded by Rev. Floyd L. White, III, Pastor of the Woodland Avenue Presbyterian Church in Camden, New Jersey. WCDC's mission is to improve economic conditions for families in Camden, particularly the Morgan Village neighborhood, in order to build self-sufficient, self-reliant households.
