Woodlawn Apartments Inc

The organization provides three meals per day for approximately 14,000 enriched housing resident days. The dining room also serves meals to independent residents, resident families and staff at regular menu prices.

Housekeeping services are provided to all 40 enriched housing units as part of their monthly rent. Independent residents may purchase housekeeping services for a nominal fee as needed.

Woodlawn was able to negotiate preferable rates with cable and telephone companies. This allowed woodlawn to offer lower than market cost telephone and cable to its residents.
