Woodlea Foundation

The woodlea foundation (the "foundation") is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including to provide for the encouragement of educational opportunities for students, institutions and other organizations; to support and promote the preservation and sustainability of the natural environment of the hudson river valley and surrounding communities; and to provide support for communities in need including addressing issues of food insecurity.
