LOCAL DEEDS protects housing for families and individuals who live and work, or will work, in the local community year-round. Homebuyers or owners receive a one-time cash payment in exchange for permanent deed restrictions on their property.
Formerly operated by the First Congregational Church, LITTLE BRANCHES LEARNING CENTER (LBLC) has become an independent entity and is applying for their own non-for-profit status. Woodstock Community Trust is serving as fiscal sponsor during the waiting period for approval.
