Mission
Workers Strike Back aims to help working-class people get organized to fight for the things we need. From the shop floor facing dangerous conditions to communities with housing costs far out of reach the only way forward is through working-class organizing. Our significant activities are tabling and speaking with community members hosting meetings and supporting people to unite working people in action renters fighting back against evictions and all those organizing against oppression.

As 2024 was a presidential election year and a highly unusual one we felt we couldnt ignore it despite elections being a small minority of our work. We spent approximately 10% on printing costs for additional leaflets specific to meetings such as the one we had in June and July about the presidential election and Jill Stein. We also oriented part of our time and resources approximately 15% to the election in September and October including employee and volunteer time devoted to travel meetings discussions related to the presidential election and the need for a new party as well as resources allocated to On Strike YouTube episodes about the presidential election.
