Workforce innovations and opportunity act - youth funds account for funds used in the wioa program. This program attempts to implement major reforms of the job training system to help increase employment, earnings, and retention of participants and reduce public assistance dependency.a key component of this program is the one-stop service delivery system.
Workforce opportunities for rural communities grants - this grant addresses the employment and training needs of the local and regional workforce by targeting historic inequities for marginalized communities and other underserved and underrepresented communities.
