World Savvy's Tier 2 services provide targeted, in-depth support for institutional change, laying the crucial groundwork for sustainable transformation. These services are designed for schools and districts ready to make strategic investments in building capacity and infrastructure for global competence integration.Our Tier 2 offerings include Profile of a Graduate development, where we work closely with district teams to articulate their vision for student outcomes and align educational practices accordingly. Through our Global Competence Readiness Assessments, we help institutions evaluate their current capacity and identify specific areas for growth and development.We also provide specialized Capstone Course creation services, supporting schools in designing culminating experiences that allow students to demonstrate and apply their global competence skills in meaningful, real-world contexts. Additionally, our Leadership Coaching services offer personalized support for administrators and teacher leaders who are championing this work within their institutions.These foundational services create the essential infrastructure and leadership capacity needed for successful system-wide change, often serving as stepping stones toward our comprehensive partnership model while delivering immediate value and building momentum for deeper transformation.

These services deliver immediate impact while inspiring deeper engagement with our mission.Our signature Changemaker Hubs are day-long learning experiences that unleash the creativity of students, educators, school leaders, and community members as they come together across difference to think critically and creatively about the role of education in the modern world. These dynamic events help participants envision how we can create educational systems that support everyone while building excitement for transformational change.Leadership Cohorts provide dynamic professional learning communities for district and school leaders, offering the time and space to think critically and creatively about future-ready education. Through engaging workshops, insightful dialogues, and immersive exploration, these cohorts support leaders in developing actionable strategies for embedding global competence while building networks of committed educators who serve as ongoing resources and support for systemic change.Our Tier 1 services also include various one-time professional development workshops, keynote presentations, and introductory consulting sessions. These flexible offerings allow schools and districts to experience World Savvy's approach while building internal capacity and enthusiasm for more comprehensive engagement.These spark services serve as catalysts, helping educational communities discover the transformative potential of global competence education and creating pathways toward deeper partnership and institutional change.
