The primary exempt purpose of the corporation is to raise funds from the public through mail, e-mail, telephone solicitations and special fundraising events. The corporation intends to use the funds to provide financial relief and opportunities for children and adults who have been affected by grief and/or traumatic event through recognized charitable organizations.
