Global women's leadership network:celebrating 15 years of empowering women in the credit union movement, gwln supported 760 individuals through empowerment grants and awarded scholarships to four women from eswatini, kenya, the philippines, and the united states. Grants in kenya and mongolia directly improved financial inclusion and women's livelihoods impacting over 700 dairy farmers in kenya and attracting over 2,500 users to a sustainable finance marketplace in mongolia. Over 4,000 people engaged through sister societies in 30 countries, expanding the network's global footprint.

World's credit union young professionals network:wycup fostered the next generation of credit union leaders by hosting over 600 participants through events like connexion, the emerging leaders' summit, and a joint forum at the 2024 world credit union conference. The program expanded educational access, mentorship, and global networking for young professionals from over 70 countries.

Global bridges facilitates cross-border learning and collaboration among credit unions. In 2024, wfcu organized three peer exchange visits. In peru and ecuador, u.s. Credit union professionals explored solutions for advancing financial inclusion for venezuelan migrants through credit unions and entrepreneurship. In australia and new zealand, virginia credit union engaged with peers on regulation and social impact. In ireland, pvks credit union of ukraine participated in lending, analytics, and member service learning sessions with dundalk credit union. Wfcu also supported woccu's hub c pilot with cb cooperativa in ecuador, launching a machine-learning credit scoring algorithm to improve lending. Additionally, through the usaid/woccu economic inclusion project, wfcu helped 30 venezuelan migrants in peru and ecuador, 14 received business grants and 16 obtained professional re-certification support.the global de program advances the cooperative principles of credit unions through education and leadership certification. In 2024, wfcu supported the graduation of 25 new international credit union development educators (icudes) from countries across africa, europe, the caribbean, and the united states. These graduates are empowered to lead global development efforts within the credit union movement and deepen the impact of international cooperative education.
